Use of the Service

• Book of Mormon 365 is provided for personal, non-commercial scripture study.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, passkeys, and API tokens.
• You may not use the platform to share offensive, unlawful, or abusive content.

Accounts and Data

• You may update or delete your reading history, goals, and notes at any time.
• We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate these terms or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve the experience.

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.

Limitation of Liability

Book of Mormon 365 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
